Most roofing jobs can be completed within just one day, but please contact our team so we can provide you with a more accurate timeline for your specific project.


How will you protect my property, lawn and driveway?

Diversified Roofing will protect your landscaping, siding, and home's exterior with tarps and plywood. We use rubber tires and remove all debris and nails with magnetic rollers. Feel free to contact us about any specific concerns you may have but rest asure that we will do our best to protect your property.


What happens if we have inclement weather during install?

Inclement weather can potentially set back your roof repairs or installation however this is necessary to protect the safety of the crew and the integrity of the materials being used. We wouldn’t schedule your service unless the weather permits and we will reschedule if the forecast changes. If inclement weather unexpectedly occurs during the job, we always have emergency tarps on hand.


How can I prepare for my estimate or inspection?

If you are having a roof inspection performed, you can do the following things to prepare. 1- We will need roof access in order to conduct repairs, installations, and inspections. 2- If you have attic access available, make sure that there's a clear access point for our contractors. Photos are also provided to the customer from the estimate or inspection. 3- Be sure to ask your roofing contractor about any specific accessibility concerns or if there are other preparations you can take.
